Gauss is an education and exam-preparation app for students. This policy explains what information Gauss collects, why, and your choices. Gauss is a separate application from the indDhan financial app and has its own, independent privacy practices. Gauss does not collect, process, or store any banking, payment, card, investment, or other financial data.

Gauss does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, financial information, or advertising identifiers. Gauss contains no third-party ads.
Your data is stored locally on your device and on our managed backend infrastructure (hosted with Supabase). We use a third-party messaging provider to deliver the one-time-password (OTP) SMS used for sign-in. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including full account deletion — by emailing rahul@inddhan.com. We will action verified requests within a reasonable period.
Gauss is intended for students and may be used by minors under the supervision of a parent, guardian or school. We only collect the information described above to provide the educational service. If you believe a child has provided us information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it. We do not use children's data for advertising or profiling.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, contact rahul@inddhan.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app.
